2nd Grade Pioneer Day

Second Grade Pioneer Day was filled with fun and learning. Students and Teachers dressed the part and learned, danced, played, cooked and crafted like pioneers. Experiencing a pioneer schoolhouse made the children appreciate their normal LCS classroom atmosphere! The student's also enjoyed a special woodworking demonstration by Dan Bollock. Thanks to all the parents and volunteers who made this day extra special for our 2nd grade learners!

It's Book Fair Week!

IT’S BOOK FAIR WEEK!

This week we will have a display of Scholastic published books in the library for students and parents to browse and, if interested, purchase. Each class will have time to see what’s available and prepare a Wish List of titles and prices to bring home. There is no obligation to buy. The orders and payment will be due Friday, Dec. 8, at which time books purchased will be delivered to classrooms for students to take home. Parents who would like to shop are welcome to come at their child’s “Wish List” time or between 9:30 and 1:30 December 5-7. Check out the Book List attached! Enjoy!
