Pre-K — The child needs to be 4 years old before August 1st.
All children must be potty-trained prior to starting prekindergarten.
What truly sets our program apart, is its purpose and structure. Our Pre-K students are engaged in intentional, standards-informed learning designed specifically to meet their developmental needs and to lead directly into kindergarten readiness.
Most importantly, students are under the care and direction of a certified and licensed teacher for the full school day (8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.), within a school culture that values academic growth, character, and community.

Whole Child Approach to Education
At LCS, we use a whole-child approach to education, which emphasizes physical, social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual developmental stages. All stages of development are considered equally important. Children learn best as they actively participate in different activities.
